In this container, you get to hold your inner child and fully express your inner creatress.

(1) THE HOLDING: We work with earth to trust & surrender and feel deeply supported by Mother Earth.
This will help you go from "I don't belong," to "I belong and I'm fully supported."
(2) THE HOLDING: We focus on holding space and loving yourself by integrating your inner child and past selves using my Inner Temple method.
This will help you go from "I'm not enough" to "I fully love and accept myself."
(3) THE EXPRESSION: We work on reclaiming your sovereignty, creativity, and wisdom by integrating the creativity + wisdom from your sacral chakra.
This will help you go from "I'm not creative enough," to "I have infinite creativity within me."
From "Everyone else knows better." to "The answers are always within me."
(4) THE EXPRESSION: We work on co-creating with the Universe, so that you can express yourself to the fullest while being held. We work with fire to activate and your personal power from solar plexus and deepen the work with all the 4 elements to make you unstoppable.
This will go from "I don't know who I am" to "I know exactly who I am."

About Me
Hi there! I'm Mikaela, a Reiki Master and a Spiritual Healer.
I help women hold space for themselves and remember their inner power and wisdom.
My medicine is to hold space for women to be fully seen, heard, and witnessed, and to build a new nurturing foundation that holds all of their magic and wisdom.
Someone told me that I have “such a big heart that it can heal the whole world,” so I wanted to create this community and share my medicine with you.
I created this space with my ancestors from the Ede Shamanic Tribe, the Trung Sisters, Mother Earth, and the Universe who told me to share my medicine with the world.
I didn't create this alone. I created it with all of the support I received. I honor them, all of my guides, and the Universe with all of my heart.
And that's exactly how I'm helping you to create and feel supported. By your ancestors, your guides, the Universe, and your nurturing foundation of loving all parts of you.
I work with multiple healing techniques, such as Soul Work + Akashic Records, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Tao Somatics, Shamanic Rituals, Elemental Energetics, Ancestral Healing, and my signature method, the Inner Temple.

How many calls do I get a month?
In the Foundation group, you receive 2 calls/month.
In the Integration group, you receive 4 calls/month.
In the Presence group, you receive 6 calls/month + 1 extra 1:1 call that you can use anytime.
When are the calls?
In the Foundation group, the calls are every other Thursday 10am-11am EST.
In the Integration group, the calls are every Thursday 10am-11am EST.
In Presence, you receive 2 extra calls that are every other Friday 10am-11am EST. The coaching calls are every other Monday 10am-11am EST.
Which group is best for me?
Trust your intuition! Let your intuition guide you, you can always upgrade later.
How are we using the Facebook groups?
In the Foundation and Integration group, the Facebook group can be used for any personal share or questions.
In the Presence group, you will also receive journaling questions after the calls to integrate the medicine on a deeper level and share in a more intimate container.
Additionally, you will receive deeper journaling questions for the soul, creative, and our Presence calls to further deepen and integrate the medicine from those calls. You will also receive more check-ins, insight videos, and deeper + personalized support throughout the week.
